What we deliver
Professional technology services: software development, IoT engineering, and AI and data work. No physical goods are shipped, except sensors and devices installed as part of a pilot or project.
When work starts
After payment we contact you to agree a kickoff date. Durations shown on each service count from that date.
Where
Remotely and, when the service needs it, at your site in Saudi Arabia. Site visits are included in the price unless stated otherwise.
What you receive
The deliverables listed for each service, shared by email or through a project workspace, plus a short handover session.
Delays
If we cannot meet the stated duration for reasons on our side, we tell you in writing and you may cancel the unstarted part for a refund.
