Before work starts
Cancel any order before the agreed kickoff date for a full refund.
After work starts
For one-time services, we refund the unused share of the service, calculated by the working days remaining in its stated duration.
Monthly plans
Months that have not started are refunded in full. The current month is not refundable.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan, we refund the amount paid minus each started month charged at the regular monthly price. The 5% yearly discount applies only to a full year.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Moyasar. mada refunds usually appear within 1 to 3 business days and credit card refunds within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
