What you buy
Each service shows its scope, duration and price before you pay. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Your cart shows the price before VAT, the VAT amount and the total before you confirm.
Monthly and yearly plans
Monthly plans cover the number of months you buy. Yearly plans cover 12 months, are paid in full upfront and cost 5% less than 12 monthly payments. Plans do not renew automatically; we contact you before a plan ends.
Payment
Payments are processed by Moyasar, a payment company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Order limit
Online orders are limited to 60,000 SAR including VAT. Larger engagements are quoted and invoiced directly.
Tax invoice
We issue a VAT invoice for every paid order and send it to the email you provide.
Delivery of services
How and when we deliver is explained in our Service delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel any order before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, our Refund policy applies.
Your responsibilities
You give us the access, information and approvals needed to deliver the service, and confirm you have the right to share any data you provide.
Intellectual property
On full payment you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Saudi law does not allow such a limit.
Complaints
See our Complaints process on the contact page. You may also contact the Ministry of Commerce.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
