Prices and payment
- Are your prices fixed?
- Yes. Every service on the Services page has a fixed price in Saudi riyals. Larger projects get a fixed quotation per phase before any work starts.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices on the site include 15% VAT. Your tax invoice shows the amount before VAT, the VAT and the total.
- How can we pay?
- Online by mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay through Moyasar, by bank transfer against a tax invoice, or against your purchase order.
- Do we get a tax invoice?
- Yes. Every payment gets a tax invoice showing our CR and VAT numbers.
- Can we cancel?
- Cancel any order before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, our refund policy applies.
How projects run
- How quickly do you respond?
- We reply to every request within one business day.
- Where do you work?
- We are based in the Eastern Province and serve clients across Saudi Arabia, on site where the work needs it and remotely otherwise.
- Do you supply hardware?
- Yes. We specify, supply and install sensors and gateways, or work with hardware you already own.
- Why start with a small fixed-price step?
- A short sprint or pilot proves the idea on real data before you commit to a full build. Each next phase is quoted and approved separately.
- Is everything in Arabic and English?
- Yes. Calls, documents and everything we build are available in Arabic and English.
Data, security and support
- Where is our data hosted?
- Inside the Kingdom: on a Saudi cloud region or on your own servers, agreed before any data is collected.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. We can sign your NDA before you share any details.
- How do you handle personal data?
- Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how you can access, correct or delete it.
- Who supports the system after launch?
- We do, through monthly support and monitoring plans that you can cancel any time.
